Teaching Textbooks is now looking to hire writers for a remote work opportunity.  This company is known for their award-winning math curriculum that many homeschool families use.

We have used Teaching Textbooks in the past and love their content.  Their math curriculum includes Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, and more.

This position is perfect for those looking to work from home.  It is a great opportunity for homeschool parents, teachers, online teachers, stay-at-home parents, travelers, tutors, etc.

This company that is famous for their highly praised math curriculum is now looking to hire writers to help develop a new curriculum for Grammar and Writing.  This curriculum would be aimed towards homeschool students that are in the 6th-8th grade.

This position would require a commitment of 20 hours per week, all done remotely.

They would like their ideal candidates to have prior experience teaching grammar and writing, and a depth of knowledge in these subject areas.  This experience can come from teaching in a classroom setting, as a tutor, or as a homeschool teacher.

Candidates must have a computer, stable internet connection, Microsoft Word, and a webcam.  They should be proficient in using Microsoft Word, as well.

Along with your resume, they would like you to include a summary of your educational background and years of teaching experience.  This experience includes homeschooling, but make sure to include the grades of students that you have taught, as well as the subjects.  They also would like you to include a writing sample.  This writing sample should explain a grammar or writing concept in the context of being presented orally to middle school students.

If interested in this position, e-mail the above to their recruiter, Liz Pace, here.
